If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will exchange for another item (of equal or lesser value) or refund your money within 90 days of purchase. We may ask that you return the item to us.
Sales Policies
There is no minimum order requirement. Free ground freight is extended for all retail orders over $30.00 (pre-tax).
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in U.S. funds.
All orders are packed and shipped as accurately as possible. If there has been an error on our part (i.e., the packing list does not agree with the merchandise you were shipped), we will gladly correct the order for you. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
Sales Tax – North Carolina
Orders shipped to a North Carolina address are subject to local sales tax determined by the destination county. Sales tax will be added at the time of purchase.

All orders will be processed as fast as humanly possible Monday through Friday. Because we are a small but growing company, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped.
Payment Policy
We accept Mastercard, and VISA on telephone, fax and internet orders. For order by mail; credit cards, cashier’s checks (drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds only) and money orders (In U.S. Dollars only) are accepted.
Freight Charges
For the contiguous U.S., ground shipments only: free freight is extended for all retail orders over $30.00 (pre-tax). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands: Orders will be shipped 2-Day Air unless alternate arrangements are made. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges.
Express Delivery – Continental U.S. only
If you need faster than normal shipping time, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping is also available upon request for an additional charge. USPS Priority Mail is available for delivery to most P.O. boxes. (Note: Please allow three business days for order processing and an additional two business days for 2nd Day Air shipping)
Refusal of shipments
If a customer (for any reason) refuses a billed shipment, all freight charges incurred with the shipment will be billed to the customer.
Refunds
Products purchased directly from AHA! INC. may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. Products returned for refund must contain at least half of our original product. AHA! INC. will credit your original payment method, less shipping charges, within 4 weeks.
Call tags may be issued for incorrect product sent with order or damaged product
For your protection, please ship your package prepaid insured by U.S. Mail or UPS.
AHA! INC. is not responsible for returned packages lost in the mail. C.O.D. returns are not accepted. Include your daytime telephone number along with your comments.
